to Face the Climate Change

Over the past twenty-five years, technology has transformed our lives into ways that no one could have imagined. The aim of the article is to study the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in solving current issues of climate change. In fact, the advantages and threats of using AI for the development of ethical and legal parameters so as to ensure the safe and effective implementation of the technological system, as well as to ensure sustainable control over its functioning and development trends, are analysed. The relevance of the topic is substantiated by the fact that the European legislation in this area is at the early stage of formation, while the scale of the impact of AI on all the aspects of social life may be impossible to accurately foresee.
Au cours de vingt-cinq dernières années, la technologie a transformé nos vies de manière que personne n’aurait pu imaginer. L’objectif de l’article est d’étudier le rôle de l’intelligence artificielle (IA) dans la résolution des problèmes actuels liés au changement climatique. En fait, les avantages et les menaces de l’utilisation de l’IA à l’égard du développement des paramètres éthiques et juridiques afin d’assurer la mise en œuvre sûre et efficace du système technologique, ainsi que le contrôle durable sur les tendances de son fonctionnement et de son développement sont analysés. La pertinence du sujet est étayée par le fait que la législation européenne dans le domaine se trouve à l’étape précoce de formation, alors que l’ampleur de l’impact de l’IA sur tous les aspects de la vie sociale peut être impossible à prévoir avec précision.
