In the year 2023, the legislation did not bring major changes in the life of Hungarian administrative law. Although the laws enactedby Parliament have changed certain provisions of the Code of General Administrative Procedure and the Code of Administrative Court Procedure in certain areas, they are not comparable in importance with the earlier amendments. In addition to this, an interesting amendment was introduced concerning the start and deadline of administrative procedures in public authority procedures, and a minor terminological revision of the CACP due to the related constitutional amendment. The case-law also includes a case on sanctions in competition law, a case on exceeding the time limit for filing a case and a court judgment interpreting the subject of admissibility in the Curia in general.
En 2023, la législation n’a pas apporté de changements majeurs dans la vie du droit administratif hongrois. Bien que les lois adoptées par le Parlement aient modifiécertaines dispositions du Code de procédure administrative générale et du Code de procéduredes tribunaux administratifs dans certains domaines, elles ne sont pas comparables en importance aux amendements précédents. En outre, un amendement intéressant a été introduit concernant le début et le délai des procédures administratives dans les procédures des autorités publiques, et une révision terminologique mineure du CACP à cause de l’amendement constitutionnel relatif.La jurisprudence comporte aussi une affaire relative aux sanctions en droit de la concurrence, une affaire concernant le dépassement du délai d’introduction d’une affaire et un arrêt de la cour interprétant la question de la recevabilité devant la Curia en général.
