This paper on the "Definition, historical evolution and levels of making and enforcement of public international financial law" is presenting: the definition of public international financial law, its delimitation vis-à-vis other branches of international law, as well as its branches based on the analysis in section two (under A); the historical evolution of the institutions of public international financial law from 1971 until today (under B), and the four levels in the making and enforcement of public international financial law (under C).

Ce rapport intitulé "Définition, évolution historique et niveaux de l'élaboration et de l'application du droit international public financier" présente une définition du droit international public financier, sa délimitation par rapport à d'autres branches du droit international ainsi que ses branches, sur la base de l'analyse menée dans la 2e section (A); l'évolution historique des institutions du droit international public financier de 1971 à nos jours (B); les quatre niveaux de l'élaboration et de l'application du droit international public financier (C).
