In application no. 1/2015, of 24 September 2015, the Attorney General of the Republic requested the dismissal of the Deputy Attorney General of the Republic for inappropriate behavior on the grounds of Articles 112.4 and 153.7 (4) of the Constitution. The Council considered that the Deputy Attorney General's conduct constitutes misconduct falling within the ambit of Article 153.7 (4) of the Constitution, justifying his dismissal from his post.

Dans la requête no. 1/2015, du 24 septembre 2015, le Procureur général de la République a demandé le licenciement du Procureur général adjoint de la République pour comportement inapproprié sur la base des articles 112.4 et 153.7 (4) de la Constitution. Le Conseil a considéré que le comportement du Procureur général adjoint constitue une faute relevant de l'article 153.7 (4) de la Constitution, qui justifie son licenciement de sa poste.
