Vol. C, “The Concepts and Methods of Reasoning of the New Public Law / Les concepts et méthodes de raisonnement du nouveau droit public”

 

This volume comprises the proceedings of the EGPL Conference 2010 on the subject. Within the framework of a General Introduction, Professor Y. Aguila presents his paper whereas the theme of “New Concepts?” is treated by Professors M. Savino and F. J. Rodríguez Pontón, and the theme of “A New Legislation?” is treated by Professor C. Harlow. National reports are included, coming from: Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Lithuania, The Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Spain and Ukraine. A comparative perspective on the theme of “Global Administrative Order” is provided by G. Dimitropoulos, on the basis of the national reports and of a Questionnaire, which is also included in the publication both in English and in French. Finally, General Conclusions are presented by Professors A. Levade and B. Mathieu.
