The Latin American Public Law Review is an initiative of the European Public Law Organization, in collaboration with its Mexican Chapter, aspiring to serve as a channel for communication and exchange between Latin America and Europe in the field of public law.
This new medium for scientific dissemination aims to channel legal research initiatives in public law, offering itself as an instrument for the dissemination of knowledge and as a catalyst for research on both sides of the globe.
The Latin American Public Law Review is envisaged as a mechanism to contribute to the development of public law and governance, not exclusively in Latin Americabut also in Europe and around the world. It promotes scientific collaboration among public law researchers and fosters ongoing dialogue about public law and government management as instruments for the development of individuals and their fundamental rights, and for the flourishing of nations.
The journal will be published semiannually, in the spring and autumn of each year, by the EuropeanPublic Law Organization through its Rome Office. This inaugural edition is launched as the joint publication of issues 1 and 2 of the year 2025.
The Latin American Public Law Review is open to manuscripts in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish, to provide researchers from any background with the opportunity to present advances in public law and government management to a wide readership.
The Latin American Public Law Review is committed to high-level research, methodological rigor, and the utmost honest originality, so that readers can be assured of a reliable, creative, and highly purposeful product. It thus adheres to rigorous standards of double-blind peer review, preserving the fundamental value of originality in the authorship of published texts.
Thus, with the best of spirit, we begin this scientific publishing adventure.
La Latin American Public Law Review es una iniciativa de la European Public Law Organization, con la colaboración de su Capítulo Mexicano, que aspira a servir como un canal de comunicación e intercambio entre Latinoamérica y Europa en la ciencia del derecho público.
Este nuevo medio de divulgación científica aspira a dar cauce a las iniciativas de investigación jurídica de derecho público, ofreciéndose como instrumento para la difusión del conocimiento y como catalizador de la investigación en ambos lados del planeta.
La Latin American Public Law Review se concibe como un mecanismo para contribuir al desarrollo del derecho público y la gobernanza, no exclusivamente en América Latina sino en Europa y en el mundo, promoviendo la colaboración científica de los investigadores jus-publicistas, fomentando un diálogo permanente acerca del derecho público y de la gestión gubernativa como instrumentos para el desarrollo de las personas y sus derechos fundamentales y para el florecimiento de las naciones.
La revista se publicará semestralmente, difundiéndose en primavera y en otoño de cada año, y será publicada por la European Public Law Organization, por medio de su Oficina en Roma. Esta ocasión inaugural se lanza como publicación conjunta de los números 1 y 2 del año 2025.
La Latin American Public Law Review está abierta a publicar textos en alemán, español, francés, inglés, italiano y portugués, para brindar a los investigadores de cualquier origen la oportunidad de presentar los avances en el derecho público y de la gestión gubernativa a un público lector muy extenso.
La Latin American Public Law Review está comprometida con la investigación de alto nivel, con el rigor metodológico y con la más honesta originalidad, por lo que el lector puede tener la certeza de que se trata de un producto confiable, creativo y altamente propositivo. Por lo tanto, se adhiere a rigurosos estándares de revisión por pares doble ciego, preservando el valor fundamental de la originalidad en la autoría de los textos publicados.
Así, con el mejor ánimo, iniciamos esta aventura científica editorial.
