Wellington Migliari holds a PhD in Law and Political Science from the Faculty of Law at the University of Barcelona. He is currently a part-time professor in the Department of Administrative Law at the same university, as well as a research assistant at the Open University of Catalonia. He is also a member of the Barcelona Chair for Housing Studies at the University of Barcelona.
