Oscar Capdeferro is an Associate Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Barcelona. He has carried out research stays at the following universities: the University of Bologna, the University of Ferrara, the University of Rome (LUMSA), and the University of Oxford. He has been principal investigator on several integrity projects and coordinates the research group on the Regulation of Algorithmic Systems and Artificial Intelligence. He is the author of the book El Derecho administrativo y la prevención de la corrupción urbanística (Administrative Law and the Prevention of Urban Corruption, Ferrer Eguizábal Legal Prize), the coordinator of several collective works, and the author of book chapters and papers on the legal aspects of public integrity and the fight against corruption, and the application of automation and AI systems in public administration.
