Luca Megale is a Research Fellow in Administrative Law at LUMSA University and Adjunct Professor of European Public Law and Data Protection at Marche Polytechnic University. He also serves as an external consultant for the Regulatory Policy Division of the OECD and as a researcher at the Observatory on Artificial Intelligence of the ASTRID Foundation.
