Javier Miranzo Díaz is a Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain). His research focuses on public procurement, digital transformation in the public sector, and the legal implications of artificial intelligence in public administration. He has coordinated several national and international research projects on innovation and regulation in public contracts, and he is also the academic coordinator of the Master’s Program in Public Procurement and a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars on administrative modernisation and algorithmic governance.
