Enrico Carloni is a Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Perugia, where he is director of the Master in Expert in Programming and Management of Anti-Corruption and Transparency – Expact, Director of the Legality and Participation Study Center – LEPA, coordinator of the degree course in Political Science and International Relations and the master’s degree course in Government and Administration. He is director of the interdisciplinary scientific journal Etica pubblica, is a member of the management committee of the journals Diritto pubblico and Rivista italiana di informatica e diritto. He is the director of the series of volumes Legality and Participation published by Il Mulino. He is a consultant to the Ad hoc commission for the definition of the reforms of the rule of law, good governance, and anti-corruption of the Albanian Parliament. He was an Expert of the Council of the Italian Anti-Corruption Authority.
